Attendee Questions
Is the September 19 Vendor Expo & Kids Fashion Show free?
Yes. The event is free, and everyone is welcome. It takes place Saturday, September 19, 2026, from 12:00–9:00 PM at Lunna Event Center in San Antonio.
What activities are planned for the September 19 event?
You can enjoy shopping, jewelry, henna, food, games for kids, balloon twisting, and face painting. The Kids Fashion Show runs from 3:00–6:00 PM, followed by a DJ from 7:00–9:00 PM.
How do the welcome gift, raffle, and Grand Prize work?
The first 50 customers receive a welcome gift. An hourly raffle offers one entry for each purchase receipt of $50 or more. The customer with the highest single purchase receives the $100 shopping gift card Grand Prize.

Vendor Questions
What is included with a vendor booth?
Two chairs and electricity are provided. Vendors are responsible for bringing their own tablecloths and any display materials they need.
When is my booth finalized?
Vendor booths are finalized after payment. Contact Open Door Events to ask about current availability and next steps.
When should vendors arrive for the September 19 event?
Vendors should arrive by 10:00 AM on Saturday, September 19, 2026, to prepare before the event opens at noon.

Kids Fashion Show Questions
Are outfits or accessories provided for participating children?
Some dresses and jewelry may be provided for the kids show. Parents are responsible for any damage to items provided for their child.
Will every child receive recognition?
Yes. Every child who participates receives a certificate and a trophy.
How do I register my child?
Contact Open Door Events and choose Kids Fashion Show as your area of interest. You will receive the available participation details directly.
